Mother's Milk is Unsafe food? -What is the next alternative?

I am fortunate to share that around two years I have spent in villages and was also part of Tungabhadra Irrigation Pilot Project-Phase -11. Well, there is where I got the first hand experience of Village life and livelihood. I could smell the fragrance of sweat shed after tilling the field with a plough, sowing, transplanting, spraying pesticides, harvesting and moving to the  market and so on.

During, then also many experts and talks on Organic Farming and less use of pesticides, fertilizers where on. In fact, our study also encouraged farmers to go with organic farming and also provided the farmers with seeds and other guidance from experts.

Even today, the talks, articles in newspapers, TV shows are on Pesticides and its harmful effects. Don't be surprised that even Mother's Milk is not very safe. A study done by IIT Kanpur reveals that mothers milk contains 800% of harmful pesticides. Today  mothers are feeding to her infants and babies- not nutritious milk but milk full pesticides.  How did this happen? very simple by in taking vegetables and fruits grown by spraying heavy dosages of Pesticides. 

Many countries across the globe have their own traditional and indigenous knowledge of that not only was pro nature but also pro human. What has happened to all such knowledge and values and how has man has become Pro Pesticides. Often, we complain to Pediatricians  and Child Specialists that our children are not taking good food  or regular food. I see that is it the food that we are giving is making them feel bulky or heaviness or could be the reasons for rejection. Which food is safe?-Veg or Non-Veg? I don't have answer because, I don't know whether I am taking safe food or POISON everyday as an intake with variation in dosage.  




Again, pest are of two kinds-One pests and other Pests eating Pests. By spraying pesticides we are killing the pests eating pests and pests. What happens  when pesticides are sprayed-All the pests are killed initially and over a period they gain resistance and double in numbers. So, we are eating the food full of pesticides sprayed and they remain in our system and leads to various problems  over a period of time. 

All of  a sudden, there  are  groups, outlets, believer and practitioner of ORGANIC FOOD and again, the next Sunday morning newspaper column says 'Organic food-Safe or Unsafe'

Tamasha Folk Theatre of Maharashtra

Tamasha is a traditional Marathi folk art form. It includes both singing and dancing forms. It is widely performed theatre groups within the state of Maharashtra, India. It is in fact a mobile theatre that goes to different regions of Maharashtra. The word ‘Tamasha’ is Persian origin meaning ‘to have fun or to play’. Today, this word is commonly used in Hindi, Marathi, Kannada and Urdu. Again, some have researched the origin of the word Tamasha to Turkish langaugeand has entered into urdu and finally borrowed from Urdu to Marathi. Oggu Katha - Oral Storytelling Theatrical Performance of Telangana

Oggu Katha is a traditional folklore singing praising and narrating the stories of the Hindu God Mallana. Mallanna Katha which is performed by the Oggu Pujarulu (minstrels) to their patron community, the seven Kurumas / Gollas. Mallanna Katha is their caste myth, which narrates the exploits of Mallanna their caste hero. As the Mallanna Katha is narrated using a particular percussion instrument called as "Oggu" by "Oggu Pujarulu" it is popularly termed as Oggu Katha.  In other words, Oggu Katha is the style of narration, which belongs to a distinct genre with an admixture of song-speech-dance-sequence performed by 5 to 7 performers having a lead narrator within them. They also narrate stories on  Beerappa,  Yellamma, Pedaraasi Peddamma Katha.
